Shipping policy

Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If you have any questions about when your items will ship please email us.

When your item ship you will receive an email with a tracking number. After your item ships, you will receive your item between 5-7 business days. All items will be shipped USPS.

If you purchase a custom order we will send you an email to approve the design. We DO NOT MAKE the design until the customer approves it. Therefore, there are no returns on custom-made/personalized items. The processing time may be longer depending on when the customer responds to the emails.

Not held responsible for shipping delays due to holidays, weather, or the carrier. Processing time may be longer due to major holidays.

**No refunds will be given for USPS delays.
