Refund policy

Refunds:

At Vinylbug Designs, your satisfaction is our number one concern. If you are not satisfied with your order, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to reach a solution!
There are NO RETURNS for Customized or print-at-home items. Those sales are final unless there is a quality issue or the item was incorrectly sent. Please include a note explaining why the item is being returned, along with your order number and name, so we can process the refund quickly. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancellations:

We don't accept cancellations on custom orders or large orders.

Conditions of return
Item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  The buyer must have contacted Vinylbug Designs within 3 days of delivery. Please ship items back to Vinylbug Designs within 7 days of delivery.
