What's special about custom and personalized orders?

When you purchase a custom order  Vinylbug will send you an email to approve the design. Vinylbug does NOT make the design until the customer approves the design. Therefore, there are no returns on custom made/personalized items. The processing time may be longer depending on when the customer responds to the emails.

How about email responses?

I try to respond to emails within 24 hrs and during regular business hours MondayFriday (8:00 am to 4:00 pm).

When will my item ship?

***IF YOU NEED AN ITEM FOR A CERTAIN OCCASION/DATE PLEASE CHECK THE SHIP DATE ON YOUR ORDER FORM TO MAKE SURE IT WILL ARRIVE IN TIME.
